Alina Comendant, MSc-TA, PTSTA-P, CTA-P

Alina Comendant is an experienced psychotherapist with a core focus on developmental trauma. Based in the Bussum, Netherlands, she integrates transactional analysis, gestalt play therapy, and sensorimotor art therapy, including clay field therapy and brainspotting, into her practice.

With over 15 years of experience working with children and teenagers in Romanian orphanages, schools, and private practice, Alina is passionate about supporting young people through creative and experiential approaches. As an international trainer and supervisor, she facilitates learning and supervision for professionals in mental health, psychotherapy and educational institutes. Since 2022, Alina has served on the board of the International Transactional Analysts for Childhood and Adolescence (ITACA), promoting the application of transactional analysis in psychotherapy with young people. She is also a member of the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA) and the European Association for Transactional Analysis (EATA).
