KATHRIN RUTZ

Kathrin is a Teaching & Supervision Transactional Analyst in the organisational field. She is a co-leader at the Eric Berne Institute Zurich and is conducting TA-training programs.

As a former primary school teacher and principal and as an organizational psychologist (MA), she is also a lecturer and consultant at the Zurich University of Teacher Education. She leads courses for leaders of educational organizations and as a coach and organizational consultant, she accompanies schools and other educational institutions. Her focus is on personnel and leadership development, coaching, career consulting, team development and organizational consulting.

As a freelance consultant, she works with individuals and teams to facilitate change, enhance skills and im-prove workplace performance. Her clients include profit and non-profit organisations from the public and private sectors.
