MANDY LACY
Mandy specialises in the areas of benefits realisation management, change management, modern workplace learning and leadership coaching. She delivers a range of courses all related to professional and personal development and is a teacher and supervisor in the organisational psychology field of transactional analysis. Mandy holds a Masters degree in Learning Science and Technology and is a PhD candidate at the University of Sydney Research Centre for Learning and Innovation. Her research examines group memory and learning practices at team meetings.
