Nicole is a Teaching & Supervising Transactional Analyst (TSTA) in the field of Counselling. Nicole’s professional foundation is a mixture of a bachelor’s diploma in biology, a master’s degree in business administration, an apprenticeship in dressmaking, leadership experience in a HR development department, and more than 20 years of being a freelance consultant, coach, supervisor and trainer. Nicole’s passion is to provide safe and warm spaces where co-created, sustainable development and change can evolve
