Description
This program is for CTA+, TEW and TSTA candidates who want to explore their personal and professional identity in light of becoming and being a transactional analyst.
By the end of the program the participants will have participated in emerging dialogues about the theory, application, values and ethics of being a transactional analyst.
The workshop is relevant for both personal and professional development.
The program consists of four one-day workshops. During the workshops we will co-create an agenda, which may include theory discussions, emerging awareness of systemic dynamics within our organizations, ethics, work around personal and professional identity and anything that contributes to
a deepening and rising dialogue of our profession.
